Caroline Chang is an M.A. student studying western medieval art. She earned her BA in Art History with Honors and Studio Art from Kenyon College.
In addition to her part-time studies at Columbia, Caroline is the Administrator for Acquisitions in the Office of the Senior Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. In this role, Caroline manages the administration of acquisitions of art (gifts and purchases) and deaccessioning. She also works on other collections management projects with the General Counsel and the Director’s Office.
Caroline previously worked at a major international auction house and has held internships at The Frick Art Research Library, Smithsonian Exhibits, The Gund, and the Department of Arms and Armor at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
