Sarah-Rose Hansen is an MA student studying early modern Italy and the Lusosphere. Her current research centers on depictions of the nocturnal in sacred settings, particularly in the Venetian context. Previously, she earned her BA in Psychology and Portuguese from Stanford University, which included a year of coursework at the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Brazil. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in History of Art from the University of Warwick and an MSc in International Business from the University of Manchester. Prior to studying art history, Sarah-Rose was an Associate at McKinsey and Company in Rio de Janeiro.
